Redirecting of Parcels
In event of any unforeseen delays, we are unable to redirect your parcels to another address in same or another country. Please contact the forwarder directly and bear any additional charges billed by the forwarder.
The following information is specific to respective countries. (Kindly note that this list is not exhaustive. You may still be subjected to your country's import regulations.)
You will be subjected to additional S$38.30 surcharge for areas categorized as remote area by the respective forwarders. This will not be reflected at checkout and you will be contacted separately. We do not process cash refunds if you choose to cancel your order. You may however, opt to change your delivery address.
The maximum number of books allowed without permit is seven books per order.
Passport number needed for customs clearance. Please leave your passport number in the comment box when checking out.
Your VAT ID (format: P123123123123) is required for shipping. Please leave your VAT ID in the comment box when checking out.
Additional 10% on your book value is required on top up for your import taxes and handling fees.
What Is The Currency Of The Prices?
All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars.
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
All shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout after you provide your delivery address. The shipping cost per book is lower when you purchase more books.
We work with major forwarders such as DHL, FedEx and Aramex. Our air freight rates are competitive due to our shipping volume. We encourage you to opt for air freight option for faster delivery and better tracking.
There will be additional charges for delivery addresses defined "remote" by our shipping partners.
Do I Get A Tracking Number On My Order?
If you have opted for shipping option with tracking, the tracking number will be updated in our system once your parcel has been sent out. You will also receive a notification e-mail from us.
Returns Or Exchanges
We reserve the right to cancel items in the order. We strictly do not exchange or accept any return items.
Can You Track My Undelivered Or Missing Parcel?
We will provide you with the contact details of our shipping forwarder for faster and more effective communication between you and the forwarder.
Economy Sea Shipping: In the unfortunate event of any loss or missing parcels, the shipping partner (Singpost) will only investigate the case after 90 days from case lodgement. We are not responsible for any lost parcels.
